In addition, our business attorneys will attend meetings of board of directors and managers upon request. Our attorneys work with corporate clients to review internal procedures, policies and business practices to ensure that our clients are as up to date as possible on changing legal requirements, regulations and industry practices. This helps our clients to avoid legal issues and litigation before business is disrupted by prolonged and expensive lawsuits. NHPH’s business services include legal advice regarding entity formation and preparation of corporate documents, including operating agreements, partnership agreements, shareholders’ agreements and bylaws. In addition, we assist our clients with their business succession and dissolution needs, as well as advise them upon the withdrawal of an owner and/or disputes between owners.
